Tutorial written using Psp9 & Animation Shop.
Tube of your choice .I'm using the gorgeous art of Jessica Dougherty.
You must not use her art unless you have license, You can get one Here
Filters
MuRa's Miester- Copies.
Xenofex 2 - Constellation.
DSB Flux - Bright Noise.
Animation Shop.
Clouds with Hearts -©Rainbow Coffi.
Diamond/Accents.
Butterfly & Bow of your choice.
Font- Mr Keningbeck [Pay Font]
Ok on with the tutorial.
Open up all your supplies & minimise them for now.
New blank canvas 700x 600,Fill white.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, Duplicate. On your original layer go to adjust/blur/Gaussian blur/15.00/ok.
Merge Visible the 2 tube layers.
Make sure you're on your background layer & add the clouds, colour of your choice. Duplicate/image/mirror & place into position.
Merge visible.
Make sure you're on the background layer, Copy & paste another cloud & resize 65% 2x's.
MuRa's Miester- copies: Use these settings:
Place into position. [See finished tag for reference].
Add a new raster layer, Click inside the cloud ring with your magic wand. Selections/Modify/Expand - 20.
Fill with a colour from your tube, Selections/select none.
Still on this layer add Xenofex 2 - Constellation -Play with the settings. Make sure to keep original image checked.
Ok now bring up the Accents - Star Bright & choose a colour of your choice.
MuRa Miester - Copies & use same settings as above.
Duplicate, Merge Move them above the background layer.
Now add the Star 5 Accents, Brushes or Embellishments of your choice.
Add your Text, watermark & © Info.
Make sure you are on the stars layer.
Open up animation shop.
On your stars layer go to Filters/Dsb Flux -Bright Noise use these settings:
Mix - 31
Click ok, Edit/copy merged and paste in Animation Shop as new animation.
Back into psp, Edit/undo.
Repeat the above steps only click on the mix button 2x's.
Copy/merged paste into AS after current frame.
Again back into psp edit/undo click on mix 3x's.
Copy/merged paste into AS after current frame.
That's it were done, when you are pleased with animation resize, crop & save as Gif!!
