Tutorial written in Psp9.

Supplies Needed.

3 Tubes/images of your choice all by the same artist . I am using the gorgeous art of Ismael Rac .

You must purchase a license to use his art, You can purchase his art at MPT.

Scrap Kit of Choice - I am using Twirl you can purchase it from The Shabby Shoppe

Animation Shop.

Dsb flux - Bright Noise

VM Extravaganza - Transmission.

My Template

Font of choice - I am using Passions Conflict Rob [Pay Font]

Supplies

Ok let's get started.

Unzip all your supplies & minimize for now.

Open up a new blank canvas 700 x 650, Fill with white.

Bring up your template copy the Black rectangle & paste as new layer onto the white canvas.

Selections/select all/selections float/defloat/Modify/expand 1.

Copy & paste a paper from your scrap kit & paste as new layer/resize

Selections invert/delete, Deselect.

Add a drop shadow & delete the original rectangle.

Copy & paste the white frame as a new layer {see finished tag for reference}

Click inside with your magic wand/Selections/modify/expand3.

Copy & paste another paper of choice as a new layer/Resize/Selections/Invert/Delete.

Move this layer below the frame layer, Do not deselect . Bring up your tube & place into position.

Remove any excess of the tube, Deselect.

I duplicated my tube & on the original gave it a Gaussian blur 3.00.

Add a subtle drop shadow to the frame.

Copy the White Rectangle from the template & paste as a new layer.

Selections/Select all/ Float/Defloat/ Selections/Modify/Contract 10.

I just added 2 tubes to the rectangle But you can add a paper to it before adding the tubes.

X out all layers except the White Rectangle & 2 tubes, Merge visible.

Add a subtle drop shadow.

Now you can add any embellishments ,Doodles, Brushes etc.

Once you have added your embellishments etc . Click on the large rectangle [mine is green]

Duplicate twice on the duplicates go to :

Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur 10.00.

Resize 80% , Image/Rotate/Free/Left 90. Place into position. Then leave the other as is and just move over to the right a little [check finished tag for reference]

X out all layers except the 2 rectangles we just made. Merge visible. Then move this layer above the doodle layer, You may have something different on your tag!

Making sure you are still on the same layer we just made go to Effects/VM Extravaganza /Transmission.

Use default settings, Lower the opacity of this layer to about 50% .

Un x out all layers. Go back to the template & copy the wording paste as new layer and place into position.

Now add your watermark, Text and correct © info on your tag.

Click on the merged Transmission layer .

Go to effects/DSB Flux /Bright noise I used the setting :

Intensity - 38/ Mix - Checked.

Now click on edit/copy/merged and paste as a new layer into animation shop.

Back into psp undo repeat the above step only click on mix 2x.'s.

Edit copy/merged paste after current frame in Animation shop.

Back into psp undo repeat the above step again only click on mix 3x's, Edit/copy/Merged

paste after current frame in animation shop.

Check your animation, If your happy save !
