Open up a new canvas 800x800 fill with white.
Open tube on to canvas place in position,Resize.
Open el7 resize 45% place in position.
Open El44 & El45, Place in position.
Open El68 above El45, Place in position.Select inside the squares in the frame/Expand by 10%.
Open paper of choice below the frame. Selections invert,Delete,Select None.

I coloured mine to match the tube.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Open El24  resize 45% on the frame layer, Place in position.
Open El10 resize 45% Place in position.
Open El20 Resize 45% place in position.
Open El51 Resize 22% Duplicate & place in position.
Open El36 Resize 22% place in position.
Open El10 again  Image/Mirror, Resize 30% place in position.
Open El23 Rotate Left/90,Resize 30% & place in position.
Open El17 Resize 30% place in position.
Open El11 Resize 30% Duplicate image/Mirror Resize 50% And put them in position[see tag for reference]
Open El9 at the bottom & place in postion.
Open El29 Resize 25% place below te cases on the left, Duplicate place on the right.
Open El30 Resize 25% place on the right.
Open El65 Mirror/Flip Resize 45% place above the book on the left & erase any showing on the tube(if you use the same one)
Duplicate & move above the tube on the left.

Open 2nd Tube on top Resize 27% & place in position.
Open El40 Image/Mirror, Resize 15% place near the dog.
Open El71 position on top of the frame, Place how you like it.
Open El43 Rorate to left 2% (don't like wonky) Resize 20% on top on the left.
Open El2 Put in position.

Add any other Elements you'd like :)
I added a mask & brought the opacity right down on the paper, I recoloured to go with the colour of my tube!

Finished add © & Text!

After resizeing your elements always make sure to Adjust/Sharpness/Unsharpen mask, Unless you have another way of doing it :)
Add a subtle drop shadow after each element/Frame.
Always check back to the finished tag for palcements.

 Open new Blank canvas 800x800 fill with white.

Paste El73 Resize 105% move up & to the right a bit.

Open Frame 4 Resize 80% place in position.
Paste paper 2 below the frame, Click in the frame with the magic wand, Selections/Modify by 10.
Selections/Invert. Back on the paper layer Delete.

Duplicate El73 place into position so it looks like this:

[Don't merge the masks with frame & Paper]

Open El31 Paste on canvas rotate left 3% put in position.
Open El81 paste on to canvas above El73 place into position.
Open El33 Resize 50% and place in position.
Open El24 Image flip place in position.
Open El4 Image/Mirror Resize 40% place.
Open El53 Resize 20% place in position.
Open El108 Resize & move below El31 move into place.
Open El59 Resize 12% place in position.
Open El64 Resize 20%, Rotate 25% to the right.
Open El78 Resize 20% place in position.
Open El93 Resize 20%  Duplicate & place in position.
Open El32 Resize 30% Place between El93.
Open El11 Resize 30% Place below El4.

 Add your Tube below the frame position as you like.

Now add a new layer above White BG Layer & fill with #1c3d00
Paste Miz_Mask324, Below the colour layer,
Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat.
Click on the colour layer Selections/Invert Delete.
Palce in position.

You can add more elements if you like :)
Add © & Text/Name, Resize if needed.

Filter MuRa Meister/Copies

Open a new blank canvas 900x900 fill with white.
We can resize this later.

Open El24 resize 50%
Paste on to canvas, MuRa Meister/Copies/Encircle with these settings:

Adjust Sharpness/Unsharpen Mask.(settings of choice)
Add a subtle Drop Shadow.

Open El36 resize 50%
Paste on to canvas, MuRa Meister/Copies/Encircle with these settings:
Same settings as above,Adjust Sharpness/Unsharpen Mask.(settings of choice)
Add a subtle Drop Shadow. I will only write this part down once 

so it's not repatative, Do it after every element.

Open El153 Resize 35%
Paste on to canvas, MuRa Meister/Copies/Encircle with these settings:
change Number to 12/Shift X 60/ShiftY 60.
Move to the bottom.


Open El119 Resize 25%
Duplicate/Image/Mirror.Edit copy Merge  Paste onto canvas on top.
MuRa Meister/Copies/Encircle with these settings:
Number to 12/Shift X 60/ShiftY 60.
Move above El153 resize 105%


Open El37 Resize 50% Place on top on the Left,Duplicate/Image/Mirror (see my tag for reference)
Merge together .

Open El154 Resize 50% Image/Rotate/Left 90% Place again to the left below El137 Duplicate/Image/Mirror.
Merge together .

Open El35 Resize 70% Place below El154 move down a little.


Open El129 Resize 25% Place below El35 on the left (see my tag for reference)Duplicate/Image/Mirror.


Open El137 Rezie 50% Image/Flip/Mirror, Move below El153 on the Right (see my tag for reference)Duplicate/Image/Mirror.

Open El15 Resize 25% on Top, Place into position.


Open El140 Resize 35% palce into position.
Open El132 Resize 50% Image/Mirror & place in position.
Open El9 Resize 10% Place.

Open El112 Resize 80% Rotate Left 90% Place below Elm36

Add your Tube of Choice, Place above the frame and place it how you want it to look, Duplicate the tube send to the top.
Erase the parts you don't want to see. In my case it was the legs.
X out the copy tube & go to the original Again erase the parts you don't want to see.
Add a drop shadow to the original tube.

Back to the frame layer, Click inside with your magic wand. Selections modify expand by 10.
Paste a paper of your choice as a new layer, I used Paper21 below the original tube layer
Selections/Invert/Delete/Deselect, add a dropshdow to the frame.
You can add more Elelments if you want I added a few Butterflies.

Add a mask of your choice if you want.
Add © Name/Text.
X Out the background & Once happy with your tag Merge visible and Resize :)

It has been a very long time since I have written out a Tutorial

so please bare with me.

I am using the gorgeous art By Keith Garvey 356-1

purchased from CDO.

Filters used:

Animation Shop

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

MuRa Meister/Copies

Screen Works/PinHoles

Xero/Radiance

   Open new blank canvas  700x320 fill with white.

Paste tube(preferably a close up) move a little over to the right, Duplicate, Image mirror.
Merge the tube together & duplicate.

On the copy,Adjust blur/ Gaussian Blur/25. Change the blend mode to screen & opacity to 60%
On the original layer got to effects/MuRa Miester/ Line with these settings:
Line:8
Shift X:100
Shift Y:0
Angle :0
Rotation:0
Attenuation:0
Scale:100
Thru BG Range:0
Fade out:0

Still on the original layer
 Go to effects/Xero radiance with these settings:
Strangeness:128
Charm:50
Truth:128
Beauty:255

X Out BG & Merge visible.

Add the tube again, I used the main tube this time & placed in the middle & moved it down a little.
On the original tube add the same Radiance settings as above, On to the copy add Gaussian Blur change to 3% change the blend mode to screen,Merge down.

Rename this layer to tube And the layer below rename to BG.
On the BG Layer background white draw out a Recatangle shape, I did mine just below her chin, Convert to Raster layer.
X Out tube for now.

On the rectangle layer selections/Select All/Float/Defloat.
Still on the selection got to Modify/Smooth Selections with these settings.

Smoothing Amount & Corner scales both on 10
Anti-alias & Preserve corners ticked.

Copy & paste the BG Layer onto the white rectangle we just selected, Move the image down a little deselct when you are happy & change
the blend mode to luminance legacy, Merge down & rename this layer BG2.

Still on the BG2 later go to your preset shapes tool & choose The Triangle/FG White.
Draw out a Triangle that fits in the BG2, Check my tag for reference.
Duplicate the triangle/Image mirror place in position Duplicate/Image flip place in position & do the same again until it looks like this.

Merge all traingles together & add some noise, And a subtle Drop shadow. Rename this layer Triangles & Leave the triangles for now.

Back to the original BG layer, Duplicate it & go to effects/Screen works/Pin hole with original setting, should be 0.
Change the blend mode to Soft light.

At this point you can add Brushes/Elements text what ever you like :)
Once you are happy with all that keep main tube X out & Triangles.
Now merge all the other layers down.

Open the tube & Triangles back up, Make sure the tube is the top layer & the Triangles are the 2nd layer.
Click on the tube layer(Top) And add a Border of your choosing.
Add © Name & Text then click back on the triangle layer.

Go to effects/DSB Flux Bright noise/Intensity 50
Mix selected ok.
Edit/Copy merge & paste into AS as new Animation.
Back to psp undo Effects/Dbs Flux Bright noise/Intensity 60
Mix selected ok.
Edit/Copy merge & paste into AS after current frame.
In AS check your animation & change Frames to 15 or which ever you like, You can add more noise layers just repeat the DSB Flux settings  going up
By 10 each time. 

Save Banner as GIF,Thats it Finished!
