Always check tag for placement of Elements.
Add dropshadows to your liking & sharpen after resizing.
From now On I will just put the element Name or Number & Resize %
As it get's pretty long & to be honest boring Lol..
You will need a good working knowledge how psp works. It can be done in any version, I use psp9.

Supplies Needed.
Paint Shop Pro, I am using version 9.And Animation Shop.
Tube/Image of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Jennifer Janesko.
You must purchase a license to use her work you can get one Here.
Brushes of Choice
Font - Impact
Filters
DSB Flux - Bright Noise.
Ok on with the tutorial.
1, Open up a new Blank canvas 500x500 Flood fill white.
Copy & paste your tube/image as a new layer, resize if needed.
Add a subtle drop shadow.
2, Choose a colour from your tube Fill with that colour & Background Null.
Choose your preset shapes tool, rectangle
Create as vector
Ant-alias - checked.
Line style - Dots.
Width - 2
Draw a square around your tube, making sure you leave enough room to add the brushes.
[check finished tag for reference]
2, Add a new raster layer & choose the selections tool, rectangle & draw around the dotted rectangle.
add a new raster layer/layers arrange move down & add brushes, embellishments.
3, Grab your presets shape tool again same setting as before only change the line style to solid.
Draw another rectangle [see finished tag for reference].
4, Now were going to add the text. So with your preset shapes tool.
Fill colour of choice & background white draw out some squares, make a square
and duplicate to the amount of letters you have in your name.
Place into position [see finished tag for reference]
Add your letters 1 by 1, I used Impact size 25. Add a subtle drop shadow to the letters & squares.
X out all layers except the squares & letters & merge visible.
Optional.
I chose to animate the bikini using Dsb flux bright noise with settings:
Intensity -25
And Mix- Checked.
Once animated add correct © info & watermark save!
That's it were done!

Font - Champignon2 - Here
Ok let's get started.
Open up Melissa's Template, Delete © duplicate & close down the original.
On the bottom doodle add a new raster layer, Move down to the bottom.
Image canvas size 700 x 700.
Click on the bottom doodle. Go to Adjust/brightness/contrast & change the colour to white.
Brightness:255 Contrast:100.
Choose a colour from your tube or the kit.
Eye candy 400 Gradient Glow:
Glow Width :3.00
Soft Corners:0
Overall Opacity:100, Ok.
Still on the bottom doodle go to adjust/ Add/Remove noise:
Check Uniform/Noise15/Monochrome checked,Ok.
Add a subtle drop shadow.
Click on the large Circle layer/Selections/Select all/Float/Defloat/Modify/Expand 1.
Now add a paper of your choice/Resize as needed/Selections Invert/Delete.
Add a subtle drop shadow.
On the dotted circle do the same as above & change to white using
the Adjust brightness/Contrast setting.
Continue to add papers as above until all the circles are filled with papers from your kit.
On the small circles I just changed the colour to white & added noise.
[Check finished tag for reference]
Click on the Centre circle /Selections/Select All/Float/De float/Modify/Expand 1/Invert .
Now add your tube of choice, Once happy delete the excess of the tube.
Now add any embellishments & the Glitter circle frame.
Open up a new canvas 600x600 and fill with a colour of your choice or a paper from the kit.
Layers/New Mask Layer from Image/6InsatiableDreams/Source Luminance Checked/
Invert Mask Data unchecked/Ok. Merge Group.
Now add the mask to the bottom layer, Move to the right slightly. Now add some more noise.
Same settings as before.
Now add your text, Correct © Info.
Save as Png or Jpeg!
