Eyecandy 5-Impact/Bevel.
Font of choice.

Always check tag for placement of Elements.
Add dropshadows to your liking & sharpen after resizing.
From now On I will just put the element Name or Number & Resize %
As it get's pretty long & to be honest boring Lol..
You will need a good working knowledge how psp works. It can be done in any version, I use psp9.

Open New Blank canvas 800x800 fill with white.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKLeafy_6 Resize 20% Make sure it's in the middle.
MuRa Miester/Copies/Glob.
Duplicate so you have 3 layers ,change the top 2 layers /Blend modes Screen.
Hide the White BG layer &merge visible, Change the Opacity to 60%.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKLeafy_3 Resize by 15% Image/Flip.
MuRa Miester/Copies/Encircle.
Add a subtle Drop Shadow.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKFlorals_9 Resize 12% Duplicate/Image/Mirror.
MuRa Miester/Copies/Encircle.
Duplicate ,Layers Arrange/Move down.Change the Blend mode to screen. Adjust Blur/Gaussian Blur 20.
Still on this layer go to Effects/Texture effects/Weave.
Hide all layers except the top 2 & merge visible.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKAccent_1 above the BG layer Resize 17%
Add a subtle Drop shadow.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKLeafy_1 Resize 12% place in position.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKFlorals_10 Resize 10% place in position.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKFlorals_4 Resize 10% Image/Mirror place in position.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKBookStack Resize 15% Move below the floral 10 & 4.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKBow_1 Resize 18% & place just above the book stack.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKFlorals_8 on top 11% & place.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKBow_2 Resize 9% place below the Floral 8.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKSpatter_1 Resize 12% & move just above Accent 1.
Paste JSDD_EAW_MKFlorals_1 Resize 8% place above Bow 1.
See my tag for placement.
In your Materials palette choose Foreground White/BG transparent.
On top choose you preset shapes tool/Ellipse.
Holding down the shift key draw out a circle, This will be our frame. Obejects/Align/ Centre in canvas, Convert to raster layer.
Selections/SelectAll/Float/Defloat/Selections/Modify Smooth.
Add a new layer. Open JSDD_EAW_MKPP_1 Resize 25% & paste into selection
Select/None.
Move the frame above the Merged layer.
If there is any of the merged layer showing below the frame just select the frame layer, & delete the excess. On the frame layer:
Effects/Plugins/Eyecandy5 Impact/Bevel:
You can delete the white circle we made.
Now add your Tube on top or you can use an image if you like.
I put my Tube Below The pink flower circle, Duplicate arrange send to the top.
Erase any bits hanging over.
Feel free to add anymore elements if you'd like.
Add any text & your ©.
