Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Modfiy/Smooth 10.Paste paper 19 as a new layer, Resize 80% Selections/Invert delete.
El 167 Resize 45% place in position, Duplicate Image/Mirror/Flip.
El 192 move below Layer 4.
El 195 Resize 30% Move above layer 3.
El 180 place on the left on top,Duplicate/Image/Flip/Mirror.
El 80 Resize 60% Place above layer 4 on the right, Duplicate/Mirror/Flip.
El 48 Resize 15% place on the right.
El 208 Resize 12% Place on the right.
El 205 Resize 12% Place on the right.
El 140 Resize 12% Place on the right.
El 35 Resize 10% Place on the right.
Merge all these flowers down.Duplicate Image/Mirror place in position
El 51 Resize 80% Place above Layer 3.
Click on layer 5 Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Modify Smooth 10.
Paste your tube as a new layer. I resized By 50% Place in position Mirror your tube Paste again as a new layer resize mirror.
Click on both tube layers ,Selections/Invert Delete.
Merge down the tube layers & change the belnd mode to soft light.
Still on layer 5 paste your close up as a new layer in the middle between the other tubes.Move above the soft light tube, Duplicate adjust/Blur/Gaussina Blur 3.
Change the blend mode to screen.
Now click back on layer 5 Selections/Select all/Float/Defloat/Invert go back on to the tube with the screen mode & delete,Deselect.
Back on layer 5 Selections/Select all/Float/Defloat/Modify/Expand by 5.
Add a new raster layer fill with white add some noise,Deselect move down.
Click on layer 3 Paste El 80 as a new layer move up 1.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand & expand by 5,
Click back on El 80 & delete.
Click on the frame layer Paste El 125 as a new layer.
El 118 Resize 60% place in position.
El 79, El 83 & El 203 Resize to your liking & palce in position.
I also added some wording "Blooming lovely"
Ok it's starting to look a little busy, So we'll leave it there. But feel free to add anymore elelments you wish.
Add your Text/Name & ©.Delete background layer, Resize if needed & Merge visible.
