Always check my finished tag for placement of Elements.
Add drop shadows to your liking & sharpen after resizing.
From now On I will just put the element Name or Number & Resize %
As it get's pretty long & to be honest boring Lol..
You will need a good working knowledge how psp works. It can be done in any version, I use psp9.

Open new blank canvas 900x500
Draw out a Rectangle any size, colour you like. Place in the center of the canvas.
Click inside the rectangle with your magic wand.
Choose a nice paper or scene. I used Paper 16, Resized by 80% below the Rectangle.
place in position, selections Invert/Delete/Select None.
Now it's time to add some flowers.
El 21 Resize Place below the Rectangle layer. I put one to the left, then mirrored the other and placed to the right.
El 10 Resize Place on top & put one to the left, then mirror the other and place to the right..
El 10 Resize 50% Place below the Rectangle & move up a bit.
El 70 Resize by 30% place on top.
El 22 Resize by 35% place to the bottom left.
El 44 (or one of your choice) Resize 55% and place to the right.
El 3 Resize 30% Place on the rectangle layer (see tag for placement) one to the left,mirror & place.
El 103 Resize 30% on top & move to the middle.
El 136 Resize 30% place below El 103 on the left.
El 132 Resize 20% place to the right on top.
El 122 Resize 25% on top.
El 89 Mirror Resize 30% & place below El 22 on the left.
Add anymore elements you'd like.
Add your Text/Name & ©.
Add your text Ariel Block, size 36 background white, Kerning 10 "Be Mine"
Place in position, change blend mode to soft light or one of your choice & add drop shadow.
All done!

Open new blank canvas 800x800 fill with white.
Bring up the mask & paste onto the canvas.
Selections/select all/Defloat/Invert Add a new layer & fill with #ab0916.
Delete the png mask.
Elements used in this order:
FLFrame03 Resize 120%
Still on the frame layer go to Adjust/
Brightness: -255 Contrast 11
With your selection tool draw around the frame & then add FlPaper03 as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert/Delete.
Add your tube & place above the frame.
FLRibbonEl01 Place on top to the right.
FLLbelEL02 90% Place to the left on top.
FLFoliageEl01 Resize 60% place on the right.
FLFlowerEl02 Resize 50% place in position.
FLFlowerEl04 Resize 35% place below the rose & move over to the left a little.
FLFlowerEl05 Resize 30% place below the rose.
FLHeartEl04 Resize 60% and place on the love always label to the right.
FLHeartEl02 Resize 60% place on top over to the right, Erase the string so it's not showing above the heart.
FLBowEl01 Resize 60% & place on top.
FLGlitterSplatEl10 Resize 50% place below the label on the left.
I also drew out a dottede circle & placed below the mask layer.
You can place more elements if you wish :)

FB1 Backdrop -Resize 120%

With your selection tool draw around the frame & then add FRB1 Paper03 as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert/Delete.
FB1MS1 & FB1MS2 place in position, top right.
FB1Butterfly01 -Resize by about 40%, place in position.
FB1Element01 place on the left side.
FB1HeartE01 Place in position on the right.
FB1WingedHeart -Resize 60% & place in position.
FB1Chickenwire - Place above the Backdrop layer & resize 120%
Add your tube & place more elements if you like :)

You will need a good working knowledge how psp works. It can be done in any version, I use psp9.

Open new blank canvas 900x900 .
Bring up the frame & place in the middle.
Choose a flower element of your choice. I used EL9 & resized it to 40%
Place underneath the frame on the left, Duplicate,Mirror.
Again choose another flower element. I used EL10 resized to 40%.
Place underneath the frame on the left, Duplicate,Mirror.
Choose another flower element for the middle. I used EL4 resized to 50%.
Then another flower element. I used EL11 resized to 30%.
Make sure the flowers are all underneath the frame & placed as you like, You can add as many flowers as you like, make it your own :)
Cross out the white frame & Background layer & merge all the flowers together.
Open the white frame layer & click inside with your magic wand, I expanded the selection by 3%.
Selections Invert & delete the flowers that are on the inside of the frame.
Now add a drop shadow.
On the frame layer click Inside with the magic wand & paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
I used Paper 10,resize by 80% & I rotated it to left 90%. Move below the frame layer & delete the excess paper.
Click on the frame layer with your magic wand,expand by 3%,Add a new raster layer & paste a paper of choice into the selection.
I used Paper 11.
[Optional]
I added the Glass effect to the frame using Eyecandy 5, You could all use Inner bevel.
Add your tube & place where you like more flowers & elements of choice :)

Open new blank canvas 800x800 fill with white.
Add a new layer, selections/select all.
Paste paper 14 into the selection/deselect.
Layers/New mask layer Miz_Mask_062/Layers merge group.
Resize mask by 80% & move over to the left, Duplicate & Mirror.
Merge down & resize by 110%.
Bring up frame 3 & resize by 80% move up a little bit.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Paste paper 10 as a new layer below the frame & resize by 80%.
check finished tag for placement.
Open EL 5 Resize 50% Place below the paper layer to the right, duplicate/Mirror.
Keep duplicating until it covers underneath the entire frame.
Paste tube on top, I resized my tube by 50% & placed it on the right.
EL 30 Resize 50% & place below the tube & EL 28.
EL 123 Resize 30% place behind the tube on the left, duplicate mirror & place below EL 28 on the left.
EL 144 Resize 20% place on the left on top.
EL 125 Resize 20% place in the middle on top.
EL 102 Resize 20% place on top.
EL 107 Resize 45% & place below the last element.
EL 77 Resize 45% Mirror & place below the tube.
EL 55 Resize 20% place in position.
EL 58 Resize 30% place to the right above the tube.
EL 33 Resize 20% place below EL 144.
EL 89 Resize 20% place on top in the middle of the frame.
It's getting too long at this point so just add your elements of choice. Make it your own :)

But you can use any Textures you like :D
Open a new blank canvas 700x300 fill with a colour of your choice.
Add Texture of choice & paste as a new layer . Rename Tex 1 (I used Ravern Orlov(04)
Using the crop tool,Merged Opaque. Then click apply.
Do the same as above only using a different texture that compliments the first. And rename Tex 2.(I used Lilith Trash(3)
Your layer palette should look like this:
Tex2
Tex1
Bottom-BG Colour
Next add the tube or image, duplicate.
On the original Tube/Image change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy or one of your choice.
On the duplicated Tube/Image I changed the blend mode to Overlay or one of your choice.
Then on the duplicated tube I added a Gaussian blur,Radiance 5.
Add another texture as a new layer at the top. - (I used Lilith Trash(2) And Mirrored it) & change the blend mode to screen,Remember to crop your image.
Add a border of choice.
That's it play around with different textures & Tubes/Images.. Blend modes/Filters/Animations ect... Make it your own :)
