Tubes of choice: I'm using some oldies By Elias Chatzoudis. Which were purchased from My Psp Tubes.You can currently purchase his art from CDO Sadly CDO will be closing it's doors on the 28th May'24 Hopefully Elias will continue to sell his art elsewhere.
Filters : MuRa's Meister -Copies.VM Toolbox- Zoom Blur. DSB Flux if you are going to Animate.Animation Shop 3.Font -Pharmacy Here
Supplies
Open new Canvas 700X300 fill with white.
Open all the tubes you wish to use, I used 5.Paste them on to the canvas & place in position.
Merge all tubes, Duplicate twice so you have 3 copies.
On the top layer change the blend mode to one of your choice.I used screen & add a Gaussian blur to soften.I always use Gaussian Blur -Radius 3.On the bottom copy go to Effects:VM Tool Box -Zoom Blur-Amount:39 Adjust:60
Still on the bottom copy(Zoom Blur) go to, Effects:Mura's Meister Copies:Settings.Rename this Layer Zoom Blur.
Add a new Raster layer on top & fill with a colour from one of your tubes. I used ##cb636f
Move this layer above the Zoom Blur layer & change the Blend mode to screen or one of your choice.
Bring up Element 1 & remove the info.Copy & paste as a new layer on top & then move above the Zoom Blur Layer. Still on the element 1 layer go to 3D effects/Drop shadow:Add the same drop shadow on change Offset to Minus 7 And Horizontal to 10. Ok let's add some text :) Using a pixel font of your choice, I used Pixelade HereAll Caps-Create as Vector-Size 10-Anti-alias Off-Kerning 100.
I just typed out Elias Babes, I know so original ㋡Objects align-Center. Place the text above the Zoom Blur layer & be creative with it.I used Mura's Meister Copies-Glob : Default settings,Duplicated & moved to either side of the tubes.
Drop shadow Offset to Minus 7 And Horizontal to 10.Opacity 100 Blur 2 Colour Black. Making sure you're on top add a new raster layer & fill with a colour of your choice, I used white. Selections/select all/Modify-Contract by 3,deselect add some noise & a drop shadow.
You can now leave it as is add your © Name ect or go on to Animation ㋛
Animation.
Making sure you are on the Zoom Blur Layer go to effects/
Filter:DSB Flux-Bright noise:
Edit/Copy merged & paste as New animation in AS.
Back in psp undo.
Then Repeat only click on the mix button once & then paste back into AS & paste after current frame.Again repeat as above & click the mix butt one more time & paste after current frame in AS. So you have 3 layers, check your animation & were done ☺
